What compels your heart, my loves?

Is it the lingering touch of compassion’s hand; or, the might of a faith soon restored?

Does it walk beside lending its grace to the softer sublimations of will?

Is it a child absent the pause, shielding joy in a space of undeterred?

Will it know you within the morning breeze; the contrast of crisp against the pallor of cheek?

And, when it finds you – my dearest loves, will you accept its presence?
