I found this on my journey today. Tucked away on the highest shelf of a corner bookstore; it’s pages weathered and worn from the many years of sharing its wisdom.

Books have a way of sharing their message – profoundly direct, like a trusted friend tasked with the guarding of our delicate heart.

They are the quietest of friends and most patient of teachers. And, upon each page their lesson is shared.

“Blessed are those who give without remembering and take without forgetting.”

Indeed; and, that we might be made better by their blessings.
