The Yes Book: Born to Soar.

I once heard the most beautiful quote from a Buddhist teaching, about a young woman – who, in facing incredible odds – nearly crumbled under the weight of past pain.

She had been burdened for many years, a continuous dialogue of “Am I good enough to be…”

Until, one day, when she finally found her ‘way’ again.

She shared something, that I shall never forget. She said, “I shall wear gratitude like a shawl…” I’ve kept those words nearest to me, reflecting on them in those moments of hesitation.

My darlings, today – I shall be donning my gratitude, as well. And, all because of the energy all of you have shared with me here.

The attached video project is quite special to me, as…it represents my story, from long ago.

I had always lived so comfortably in the land of “Big Dreams” – even as a young girl, I just knew…there was nothing I couldn’t do. But, life can sometimes have its way with our spirit – testing us in the most inconceivable of ways.

And, sometimes we lose our faith.

This video represents my journey in finding my way again. It is my very first publication, graciously accepted into The Yes Book – scheduled to be released this Fall.

The name of the musical composition is “Soar” ~ lovingly crafted and graciously shared by musician, Gary Talbott. I could think of no better ‘gift’ to complete this story. The song is available on both iTunes and Google Play  for those who wish to be inspired each day.

The full text of my essay will be made available soon, you’ll have to wait to read it – but, for now…please enjoy my story through video.

I’m so very excited, and…I couldn’t have done this without all of you. My darlings, today ~ I, too, am wearing gratitude as a shawl.

Much love, my dears ~ and, on this day…

A most humble Namaste and the gift of my love, to you all.

    • Oh, Tracy ~ your words have helped my heart to smile this evening. When I first started writing, it was with one purpose in mind – that someday, my simple words might help to lift the hearts of others. I’m so very glad they did.

And, something I never considered was…the gift that would be returned to me each day.

My dearest Tracy, you see ~ it is your light that has become my greatest blessing.

      Namaste, my love…

      Tara
