How is your Weekend progressing so far?
I’ve been blowing my Mind since 1969 when ……….

Oh, I was just able to walk a short bit with my pup ~ I was thinking of my practice of mindfulness, and walking meditation. I had forgotten how much is missed when our minds are otherwise ‘engaged’ ~ so I have made a decision today, to simplify… and let nature take me back to *my* true roots and spirit.
And what happened in 1969? I sense a magnificent story here… you *must* tell! xo
