I love to sit quietly in the earliest of morning, holding a hot mug of tea in my hands. In this moment the world slows precisely to pace, allowing breath to slip comfortably between.

Sitting quietly, I can begin to assess my surroundings; the light refracting upon images of dawn, the buzzing hum of a new day commenced.

But, more so, I can delicately turn my awareness within, to gain appreciation for my place amongst this miracle.

Inside the heart dances, with n’ery a pause; a testimony to the boundlessness of spirit.

My darlings, today I wish you the sanctity of this moment ~ and a glimpse into your own indomitable will.
