Creating a New Kind of Headline.

I believe it was Aberjhani who once wrote, that ‘hearts rebuilt from hope resurrect dreams killed by hate.’

As I sit here this morning, I can not help but to reflect upon his words.

It’s not often that I allow the imposition of ‘news’ to break through the sanctity of day. Not because I choose to look away, or, remain ignorant of these troubles of ‘world.’ Rather simply, I believe there to be another way; a path forged upon the graces of these ‘once broken’ dreams.

Can you imagine, my friends?

An entire newsreel comprised of man helping man? A sharing of hope where previously there was none?

And yet, we allow ourselves to stand buffered behind these self-made borders – fabricated on the half-truth of what we think we know.

From a very young age, we’re taught to believe what we’re told. Though, perhaps to the detriment of humanity.

You see…

I want a newsreel comprised of resurrected dreams, even if I have to build it myself.

My darlings, we can either choose to be subjected to the news; or,

We can choose to create a far better headline.

Which do you choose, my loves?

I choose peace…
